Refund policy

At Snehidiye by Theera, we are committed to delivering quality products. Returns and refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Returns and refunds are applicable only for products received with manufacturing defects or damage.
• A clear, unedited package opening video is mandatory to support any return or refund request. The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the product and the defect.
• Claims submitted without a valid package opening video may not be eligible for return or refund.
• Once your return request is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, along with all tags and original packaging.
• After we receive and inspect the returned product, the return will be processed within 2–4 business days.
• If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, the applicable refund or replacement will be initiated accordingly.
